The service

Sunday is a to-do list that can prepare and, with your explicit approval, perform some tasks for you — such as drafting and sending email, preparing document reviews, and scheduling reminders and follow-up watches. Drafts and proposals are clearly distinguished from completed actions; nothing outbound happens without your approval.

Your account

You need an account to use Sunday. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

AI-generated content

Sunday uses AI to draft content. Drafts can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you approve it; an approved action (like a sent email) is yours.

Connected services

Connecting third-party tools (such as Gmail or Google Calendar) is optional and governed also by those services' terms. You grant Sunday the access needed to do the work you ask for; you can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sunday to break the law, to send spam or deceptive messages, to infringe others' rights, to attempt unauthorized access, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Intellectual property

Sunday and its software remain ours. Your content remains yours; you give us the license needed to operate the service on it (store it, process it with our providers, act on it as you direct).

Availability and changes

Sunday is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for honesty over promises: receipts show what actually happened.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD 50 or what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using Sunday and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
